The Trust

Chaithanya Developmental Training Institute for Special Children is managed by CHAITHANYA CHARITABLE TRUST.

As a registered charitable institution(PAN AAATC5346F), donations to the Trust are exempt under section 80G of the Indian Income Tax Act.

The Trust has been registered as an ‘Educational Social’ organisation with the Government of India under the Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act (FCRA) of 1976 (Registration No: 052890097)

and is authorised to accept donations in foreign currencies from individuals and organisations outside India.
